As the first communication role at Rice, I helped build the studio’s communication structure while supporting content production and enhancing studio visibility to the local audience.

Communication Process & SOP
  • Contribute to establishing the studio’s communication workflow
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Project Manager to develop SOPs for content preparation and publishing
  • Coordinate asset handover between design and communication teams

Case Study & Website Communication
  • Update and maintain project pages on the website CMS
  • Coordinate project information, visuals, and documentation with design teams
  • Publish case studies and studio updates (projects, bios, job listings, news)
  • Submit studio projects to external design blogs and media platforms
  • Coordinate the release of case studies across Rice’s channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Behance)

Social Media Communication
  • Plan and coordinate project announcements, studio updates, and culture-related posts across social platforms
  • Adapt project documentation into publish-ready social formats
  • Update and maintain link-in-bio tools
  • Maintain a consistent communication rhythm across Rice’s channels

Documentation & Internal Production
  • Support documentation photography for studio projects
  • Organize communication materials for case studies and studio news
  • Act as an internal producer coordinating assets, timelines, and deliverables
