Role: Brand Communications


When Rice Studios joined Base Design’s global network in 2025 to become Base Design Saigon, the two teams needed to work on one schedule and one voice. I supported cross-border communications between the Saigon team and Brussels headquarters, working with the Communications Manager.
  • Cross-Border Coordination: Maintained the global communications calendar and synced Saigon milestones.
  • Localization: Drafted, localized, and published social content and case studies on global channels and the Base Design CMS.
  • Brand Consistency: Reviewed regional communications against Base Design's global tone of voice and quality standards.
  • Merger Campaign: Produced localized rollout materials and internal updates for the Rice x Base Design merger.
